Matt, it’s been 1.3-RC, updated to 1.3-stable this morning. So I’ll check if reports are being sent this night.

Thank you for your offer. I really appreciate it. It’s not on my private server but on the company server.
Unfortuantely, we may not grant anyone external access to our company-servers, as long as we want to keep our job :wink:

Me again. No luck with 1.3 either.

Sending PDF-Reports WORKING, when set to

  • Allow piwik to start achiving = NO
  • Reports dor today will be processed at most every = 7200 secs
  • Added “path/to/piwik/misc/cron/archive.sh > /dev/null” to cron.d to run every 30min

Sending PDF-Reports NOT WORKING, when set to

  • Allow piwik to start achiving = YES
  • Reports for today will be processed at most every = 7200 secs
  • not using the cron.d

I am going to use the Cron from today on.
Nonetheless, thank you all for your help and time.

The issue was finally fixed in Piwik! please test, the latest RC and report if it still does not work for you: 301 Moved Permanently

Manualy sending report is worlking
Automatic monthly report is not worlking

Bretweb, can you check your webserver (apache?) errors logs and see if you have any error in there? Also check that the scheduled reports have correct email etc. filled in?

All emails address are correct …

  • pdf reports are running well manualy
  • pdf reports are sending well manually
  • automatic sending report work just one time under older version 1.5 for some website 3 / 12 but no one now … under 1.51 version

I have change nothing just automatic updated for the last version

Bretweb, not sure what the problem could be. Maybe ask 1&1 for acccess to you rerror log to check, otherwise email me with your piwik FTP + phpmyadmin info + piwik URL + login + pwd and I will take a look in next few weeks!

Incredible !!

This morning I receive 3 weekly reports from my Piwik … ! (“X(”)

  • First time this work ??? I don’t understand why now … I have changed nothing … since the 3 last months …

Waiting now the end of october to see if the monthly reports will work

in my case the problem becomes fixed by using smpt.
…htdocs/config/config.ini.php:

transport = "smtp"
port = 25
host = “localhost”
…
