Auto archive on shared server

Hi,

i had my piwik installation (0.55) on an shared server and has no ssh access to work direct on Crontab to start the autoarchiving.
I could only place the needed informations over confixx in an cronjob.

I made that and till yet was no error from cronjob reported via mail.
But i had also no sign that shows me that it work correctly.

Is there any chance to see if cronjob works correct and autoarchiving was correctly processed?

Bye Thomas

currently there is no easy way to verify that archiving is working, but if you set

[General]
enable_browser_archiving_triggering = 0

and your stats are still showing then it is working.

I think that must “uncomment” these statement in Global.ini.php, or?

Was made but question is “how” the stats will show that it’s work?
