Async Script (Zapier Chatbot widget) doesn't work - Tag Manager

Hello everyone,

I am trying to insert a Script/HTML with the Matomo Tag Manager on my website. It looks like this:

I insert it with the trigger “DOM-Ready” (and also tried with “Pageview”). The scripts gets delivered but it seems like it is not executed.

If I insert the script manually on one page, the script works just fine. Zapier Support couldn’t help me.

Any Idea why this happens?
