Any chance to add total visit count goal

I’d like to learn if are there any ways to add a total visit(or) count goal to Piwik? When the goal is completed, I want to get a notification email.

Hi Matt,

I need to add an event (goal) after one of tracked websites is reached a specific (predefined by administrator, changes through the site) number of visitor. For example, I want to get notified by email when this goal is happened.
