[ANSWERED] Visitors from the Sowjet Union (USSR)?

Today I was really surprised, when I watched my country stats. I saw one visitor from the Sowjet Union in my piwik stats.
The USSR was dissolved in 1991. Also the flag isnt used anymore. Why is it still in Piwik? A special feature?
And how is it possible, that I got visitors from a none existing country?!

If you’re using Geo-IP, you’ll have to take it up with Maxmind.

Otherwise, Piwik currently gets this from the visitor’s browser setting (I believe it’s the region in Accept-Language). I’m guessing someone used something like ru-SU.
