Hi guys, when i log in to matomoo, it kept showing [max_user_connections exceeded,
we didnt update it or anything,
can anyone help please

Can you have a look in the Matomo error log file?
Probably there is too much database connections, then Matomo does not work well. Try maybe to configure this setting in the Database, reduce the archiving process period (once or twice a day instead of every hour), and also use the Queue Tracking plugin.
