All Websites Table - Widgetize (iframe) - is there an easy way?

All Websites Table(Multisite Plugin) -> Widgetize (iframe) - is there an easy way? (or a plugin framework I am missing?)

I know you can pull the data straight out of the API and make your own table, but I would rather have the table by itself for a website I am building.

Is there a quick easy way to pull that table over?
