All IPs are 127.0.0.0

Hello,

in Settings -> Privacy I set the anonymizer to 1bit. So the IPs should be like 192.168.100.xxx
But the “Visitors in Real Time” Widget tells me the IP is 127.0.0.0 for every single User.

Where can I fix this?

probably your piwik server is behind a proxy so you need to tell piwik how to fetch the iP; Installation - Analytics Platform - Matomo
