All of a sudden, all image files - logos, icons, appears broken and that makes the UI very hard to use.
I’ve tried hard reload, opening Matomo on MS Edge, Firefox and on mobile, the issue persists.
Did you check if the images still exist?
It seems that Matomo uses a custom font containing various icons. This font can be found in the directory of the Morpheus plugin:
/plugins/Morpheus/fonts/
Here, you’ll find files like matomo.ttf, matomo.woff2, and selection.json, which include the icon font and its configuration.

I also found some icons are available as standalone image files. These can be found in the following directory:
/plugins/Morpheus/images/
Here, you’ll see various icons in formats like PNG or SVG.
Maybe there’s something wrong with the custom font or with that Morpheus plugin directory?

I tried changing the theme, but it didn’t solve the issue.
I have a bit of a problematic setup where I can’t access the server myself, so before having somebody to do that I try to solve any issues from the UI side.
It was an issue with server’ directories access rights. Case closed!
