"AI Assistants" report have any data

Hi ,

We need more information about the “AI Assistants” report. After activating Matomo in the latest version, we can now see “AI Assistants” as a separate report type under “Custom Reports” in the left pane. Unfortunately, this is not working for us. no data at the rapport. Please see attach file.

Under Acquisition > AI Assistants, the report can retrieve data. This one works correctly. How we can activet AI Assistants rapport?

Which steps we have to follow regarding IT development?

Hi there,

For AI Agents, there is no further configuration required. For AI Chatbots you would need to configure tracking based on your platform Set up AI Chatbot tracking with Cloudflare or Amazon CloudFront FAQ - Analytics Platform - Matomo. If you don’t use one of these services, you would need to track manually using the API. Set up AI Chatbot tracking with the HTTP Tracking API FAQ - Analytics Platform - Matomo
