Updated to 1.1.1, but now on one of my sites, I can see the visitors stats from yandex.ru (where most of my visits come from), but the keywords are not showing. Kws for visitors from other search engines are showing ok.
Yandex uses a redirect when clicking on their search results. You’ll have to complain to Yandex because this changes the referrer, and excludes any keywords.
any reason why the keywords for yandex searches were showing before the update and now they don’t?
That is strange, since when I type piwik: Ой!
the referer becomes Ой! which should be tracked as expected ? can you look in your piwik_log_visit table for the referers that are not tracked properly (or using Visitors> Visitor LOG)

Try to backup database and restore back then…
It seems that the referrer keywords are not tracked. Here’s one line of the piwik_log_visit from today:

Yandex searches still not showing their keywords. I thought that was fixed? Do I need to update anything?
Fixes new searches. Doesn’t fix old ones, sorry.
