Admin blocked from control panel

Can’t login to admin interface. Cleared cookies, tried different ip’s. Me, the admin and owner of server, is blocked.

What is the procedure to get around this. Lots of conflicting information on google.

If this doesn’t work:

In config/config.ini.php:

[Login]
whitelisteBruteForceIps[] = "EnterYourIpAddress"

Maybe are you behind a proxy?
