action_category_delimiter and csv

Hi,

When specifying action_category_delimiter, and trying to export the list to csv from Action -> Pages, only the top categories is listed with the totals.

Is it possible to make this csv export routine to print out all the sub-categories (usually only one level further)?

I am very interested in this point too.

The API helps doing this (dev.piwik.org/trac/wiki/API/Reference - idSubtable), but it’s not very user-friendly since the idSubtable value isn’t easy to find. Moreover, I didn’t find how to export every subtable of the table.

If a solution can exist, this would be great.
