Acquisition Channel in timeout

When I try to use AcquisitionAll Channels on a rage time of some weeks, i wait more minutes and after i receve this error:
Oops… there was a problem during the request. Maybe the server had a temporary issue, or maybe you requested a report with too much data. Please try again. If this error occurs repeatedly please [contact your Matomo administrator] for assistance.
I saw the requests and most of the time the response status code is 524 (it’s a Cloudflare Time Out after 10000 milliseconds of waiting).
Even if I jump my DNS service and I use the server IP, I wait more time but I don’t have the results for the Channel Type.
Have someone the same issue I have? Have you some suggestion to resolve the issue?
