Access to Transitions report at Custom Report

I have created Custom Report with URL filter and placed it to our dashboard.

From the Custom Report table, is it possible to access to Transitions report by clicking relevant icon. Is it also possible to open Transitions report on Custom Reports for exp. at dashboard.

It is not possible to access transition report from Custom reports.
