I get this message SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘qrb574’@‘82.223.212.218’ (using password: YES)

Hello,
do you have direct access to the database?
what permissions you added to the user?
Are you sure you want to connect to a remote database server (public IP)?
