Absent statistics

Hello everyone
I come to you because I have a serious problem that I do not manage to solve.
Indeed, I installed the script Piwik 4 sites for over 3 years and 1 year since I do not have any indication as to other applications stats everything works.

Technique:
I am running windows 10
latest versions of Piwik
wordpress site under
Piwik script installed before the tag in the footer
Disable the "Do Not Track"
audit system is all green

short I’m looking nothing works.

Possibly a good soul could tell me why I do not have any indication?
