I’ve tried finding the answer to this by searching the forums and site, but had no luck.
I’ve been testing the accuracy of the analytics, and I’m wondering what defines an ‘abandoned cart’. I did a test where I added items to my cart, and proceeded to checkout, and then closed the page - I figured this would have populated an abandoned cart in the ecommerce section, but it didn’t.
NOTE: I tested this from a different computer that had a different IP address, and privacy settings were not on.
My apologies if there is already an article on this, as I couldn’t find it.
