Can Piwik tell me how far into the checkout process my users get before they abandon their cart?
Unfortunately, not yet. There is a plugin at Plugin to provide funnel analysis report · Issue #5640 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub but not sure it’s working
Does your last comment in that ticket indicate that the Transitions feature should be used for this functionality?
