A serious Matomo Error

I received a message from Motoma notifying me about a critical error on my website. When I visit the 360 frontal wig website, I encounter the message “A critical error has occurred on your website.” Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to the admin panel, and the auto-recovery link provided in the email is not functioning. What steps should I take to address this issue?
