A new scheduled task - Piwik database size

For the latest release, I see one of the new features is:

  • A new scheduled task that may drastically reduce the size of your Piwik database.

I already run cron based archive (archive.sh) task, but the above sounds like something new obviously.

How do I run it? Is it the auto archiving with archive.php or something else?

The task is automatically run when the cron with archive.php executes.
