Hi Community,
We have setup on premis matomo and all appears to working well. At the stage where we want to import GA data for site. We have followed: https://matomo.org/faq/general/set-up-google-analytics-import/ and configured the google APIs as required. All done.
Upload the json config file and then authorise. That all goes fine until we are redirected back to the matomo install and it lands on a 403 error page:
no errors in any log files etc. What can be wrong??? Web host cannot see any issues either and request FULL access to all logins to try and identify which we don’t want to be doing (lots of client data)…
