3rd level domain tracking?

I have a persistent problem with adding piwik tracking for 3rd level domains on my server. Maybe I am doing something worng? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have piwik (lastest version) working ok on domain1.com, domain2.com , etc. The software itself is setup at domain3.com . Domain1 is a static HTML site. Domain2 is a wordpress site.

However when I am trying to add piwik to something.domain1.com - which is wordpress site as well - it does not track anything. Wordpress plugins versions are identical, siteid is correct etc. But - it smily does not record any visits.

What could be wrong there?

what’s your subdomain URL where it doesnt work?

I took a look but I don’t know why the Piwik isnt executed. I think maybe there is an incompatibility with other Javascript lib on this page?

I use unmodified wordpress installation. The same situation goes on for alst 5 months with all new versions of wordpress.
