On the Device detection page, their are missing images, please see attached file for example.
Go to “System Check” and verify if “File Integrety” displays an error.

no problems with that,
the issue was i did not have the permissions to view images, no image showed anywhere, the iussue did not happen after update from 2.0.3 to 2.1.0, it was after i updated a security plugin in piwik, but this was done one after the other so not sure what tragged the issue.
i have set chmod 777 on the plugins folder and all images are showing again!!

I have a similar issue on one of my Piwik installations:
As for the device detection it occurs that all devices are shown with the summed up values “unknown”
Neither device type, nor device brand/device model are shown. (see screenshot)
This only occurs for one installation - the other works quite good.
Everything seems to be correct but the metadata via tracking API says:
‘logo’ => ‘plugins/DevicesDetection/images/screens/unknown.gif’
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Have you enabled the DeviceDetection plugin?
Although updated it might have been the plugin…
