Zip File is not packed correctly

Hello,

If i download

https://builds.piwik.org/piwik.zip

the Zipfile is corrupted.

If I try to autoupdate Im getting the following error:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

Same with manual download.

Version 2.13.1
