One of my co-workers is testing the tool from the past month and she saw that 2 reports in the tools show different number in the overall results…
More specific for example: The Visitors Overview from May is telling us that we only have 493 unique visitors… (attached screen)
but if we get the “range” report from May 1 to 31 (visitors per day) and from there we sum the extraction the number is 1185… (Attached may)
there is a difference, and only on the unique visitors number, the rest calculation are correct from the extract to the overview in the page…
also I already activate the enable_processing_unique_visitors_range = 1 in the config file and re run all the archived reports…
Is this a known bug? I search it but couldn’t find anything about it…
some one else is having the same issue?
