Wordpress User/Posts IP instead of Domain

The Matomo plugin is causing an issue where, when trying to navigate to the next pages of users or posts in WordPress, by clicking on the page number or arrow, you are redirected to the IP address where WordPress is hosted instead of the domain. Where can this be changed?
