Woocommerce not recording completed orders

The woocommerce ecommerce plugin does not record completed orders. It seems to record completed orders as an abandoned cart. It tracks the prder when added to the cart however after the customer checks out, it keeps the order in the cart and records it as abandoned?

To investigate further could you please confirm which version of Matomo and the Woocommerce Analytics plugin you are using?

Also could you let us know which payment plugins you are using and whether you maybe use any other relevant plugins such as a subscription plugin or something?

Hello. Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it. I have resolved this issue. The problem was my abandoned cart plugin had some conflict with order processing. Plugin developer corrected the issue.
