I just install Piwik 2.15 success, but then always stop on loading status. Open the network log, then can see 3 request always pending status, they are

module=Proxy&action=getNonCoreJs&cb=bf0238310221350ea60419eb0cd0f0df
My php version is 5.5.12, apache version is 2.4.9 & Mysql is 5.6.17 on windows7(64bit)
I also tried access http://localhost/piwik/index.php?module=Proxy&action=getCoreJs&cb=bf0238310221350ea60419eb0cd0f0df directly spent about 10 minutes.
Every one has same issue or who know why? Thank you very much.
