When opening visitors profile a server error 500 happens 100% of the times

Hello,

I’m currently implementing Matomo for a large Danish organization that is attempting to move away from Google Analytics. So far everything has gone to plan. However there is a single issue I can’t overcome. Whenever I access a Visitors Profile from anywhere (I have mainly done it from the “Visits in real-time” view) I get a server error 500. I am hosting it on a Windows Server running IIS with PHP as a FastCGI module. No “errors” are shown in “System Checks” under diagnostics, and I can’t find anything in any logs.

The endpoint being invoked is /index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=6&period=day&date=yesterday#?period=day&date=yesterday&category=Dashboard_Dashboard&subcategory=1&popover=visitorProfile$3Af3295d4c7722662d

The only thing displayed on the webpage is:

500 - Internal server error.

Server Error

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @aejo
Can you have a look in the Matomo error log file?
