After assistance, I have uploaded a new piwik installation file up to the host, typed in the http website and I get a 404 error not the welcome screen to start installation. When I type in the ftp address of where I loaded the file, the file server appears and it is there. Could anybody assist with either a solution as to why I have not been able to get the welcome screen or give the file location within the downloaded piwik installation file, which I can navigate to in the file server.
