Was ISP tracking different on older Piwik version?

Hi,

I am using piwik for years (great product!) and I have an old version on a website and the latest on another one. On the oldest I have the ISP information for the visitors and on the latest version I don’t have this information.

This is very strange so I am wondering, did the ISP tracking change for latest piwik version ?
