Want to respect Do not track setting for IE10 and IE11

There is mention in following tickets that piwik is ignoring Do Not Track setting for IE10 and IE11

I see there's already been one [forum post](http://forum.piwik.org/read.php?3,93…776) about it, but I'd really like to see "except IE 10" be an option in Piwik when honoring Do Not Track. At Piwik currently when a visitor is ignored because of DNT, we do not track ANY data at all, not even log the request. Therefore it would be a bug, if we would not record any IE10 visitor. People would complain and report bugs and loss of traffic. So I propose that we IGNORE the DNT header for all IE 10 users and as a result, Track all IE10 users in Piwik. Of course IE10 users who wish to not be tracked should use proper extensions for IE that block advertising and analytics beacons, such as ghostery on firefox.

But we do not want to ignore DNT or say we want to respect DNT for IE also, Where we can change to do so.

We are using piwik 2.10 and having 5.5 M page views daily .

Please suggest because this is one of the requirement of our client otherwise we may lose client .

please upgrade to latest Piwik version (2.10 has many security issues!) - for the IE10/IE11 DNT, please create a feature request in the tracker
