We’re having an issue where we are seeing inconsistent visits being reported from different sources. We want to see a predefined segment on a specific day, using the flag “&date=2015-09-16,2015-09-16&period=range”. This yields 2 views.
On the dashboard when we choose the correct segment and do Period > Day > September 16, we get 2 views as well.
On the dashboard when we choose the correct segment and do Custom Date Range > September 16 to September 16, we get only one view. However, opening up the visitor log shows both views.
Is this a bug that can be easily fixed? Or is it a result of how date ranges are calculated? I have re-run core:archive on that siteid, as well as on that date range but there was no change. The views are at 20:00 and 22:00 (the former is the one that displays on the dashboard).
