Visitor log based on visitor username

Hi

Visitor log is currently displayed based on visitor ID and IP. I have a requirement that we need to show all the visits and actions per user irrespective of the location (IP) from he/she accessed my application. I use custom variable to track users in my application. Is there a way to group the visitor log list based on usename (the custom variable)?

Thanks in advance and appreciate any suggestions on how to implement this.
