Using Actions.getDownloads to identify Assets that are NOT downloaded

Hi All,

I am looking to identify the assets that are never downloaded from my site which is linked to Piwik for tracking. By using Actions.getDownloads API Method, I can get the lease downloaded assets but how do I identify the ones that are NOT downloaded.
