User settings won't save

In the user settings, I can’t get it to save changes to my settings.

I’m logged in with ‘administrator’ and nothing will stick. It won’t change my email address, the default site, or my password.

Yes, I’m clicking on the save button. It just reloads the page with old settings. I’ve tried in Chrome and FF. I’m running 0.9.

Any ideas?

config/config.ini.php isn’t overwriteable

Hrmm, still not working. 777’d the entire folder and children’s permissions, but still no go.
