I noticed Piwik offers only “standard” tracking, not “behavior” tracking…can we collect USER BEHAVIOR with Piwik? If yes, how which modules do we use? add ons?

What do you mean by tracking behavior? Piwik already measures a lot of user behavior, see: List of Features in Piwik Analytics - Analytics Platform - Matomo
