Hi all,
I’m currently running version 3.14.0. Since I’m moving my database server from bare metal to a vps, I thought this would be a good time to also upgrade Matomo.
Is this a drop-in replacement? Or is there an upgrade guide I should consult?

I think you can maybe move the config file (in order to have a trace of your previous configuration), then install the new version on the previous one, finally access to Matomo will configure it.
The best would be to backup the servers before the installation in case of… 
Also, don’t you have a link on the Matomo UI to get the last version?

Then you’ll be able to know any breaking change…

Thanks for the replies. I’m reading the documents that you cited and am watching the other topic you posted about. Since I’m only upgrading matomo because I’m upgrading a lot of other software, I can put this one on the back burner for a while.
