Hi @Jerry_Salfian
Can you check the database is up-to-date?
Hello Philippe,
Thank you for your response…
I just realized this:
Delete all direcetory and re install Matomo.
Matomo encountered an error: [snuffleupagus][disabled_function] Aborted execution on call of the function
When I used PHP 7.3 all works well… but when I ugrade to PHP 7.4 many errors happened. PHP 7.4 appears to have some security settings blocking those functions from being used.
Tried to install snuffleupagus

Since I’m using cPanel alongside with CloudLinux…
All the dependency’s and vulnerable’s apps have been resolved by CloudLinux,
I decided to downgrade my php version…
from php7.4 to php7.3
and Re-install Matomo again…
and looks like working on…
So…
Thank you to all supporter.
Regards,
Jerry Salfian
