Upgrade to Matomo 4.15.1, and the result is blank page

Hello Supporter!

I just updated matomo to v.4.15.1 using Softaculous:

Software: Matomo
Installation: Number171_17355
Version : 4.15.1
Installation Time : March 16, 2022, 6:48 am
Path : /home/jsmarket/public_html/matomo
URL : https://jsalfianmarketing.com/matomo
Admin URL : https://jsalfianmarketing.com/matomo/index.php
Database Name: jsmarket_piwi396
Database User: jsmarket_piwi396
Database Host: localhost
Cron Command:
/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php /home/jsmarket/public_html/matomo/console core:archive --url=https://jsalfianmarketing.com/matomo/ > /dev/null

But now I can’t reach this page as usual…
Everythings is blank!

Anyone can point me… what’s went wrong exactly?
I’ve been using Matomo since March 16, 2022 to track my websites without any problems at all.

Hi @Jerry_Salfian
Can you check the database is up-to-date?

Hello Philippe,

Thank you for your response…
I just realized this:
Delete all direcetory and re install Matomo.

Matomo encountered an error: [snuffleupagus][disabled_function] Aborted execution on call of the function

When I used PHP 7.3 all works well… but when I ugrade to PHP 7.4 many errors happened. PHP 7.4 appears to have some security settings blocking those functions from being used.
Tried to install snuffleupagus

Since I’m using cPanel alongside with CloudLinux…
All the dependency’s and vulnerable’s apps have been resolved by CloudLinux,
I decided to downgrade my php version…
from php7.4 to php7.3
and Re-install Matomo again…
and looks like working on…

Thank you to all supporter.

Jerry Salfian

It’s all about the php7.4…
Downgrade to php7/3…
Reinstall Matomo 4.15.1…

Now I can reach my pages without any problems.

Thank you to all of supporters here.
Much appreciated.
