Upgrade from 1.5.1 to 1.7

Hi everyone,

I wanted to upgrade Piwik from v1.5.1 to the current 1.7.
Is there anything I should know or should I first update to v1.6 and then to 1.7?

Updating my Piwik installation is every time a hard work, because of a very large Database (>2GB).

I would be very thankful if you have any tips for me.

You can directly upgrade from any version to the latest. Make sure you read the update doc: Update Piwik - Analytics Platform - Matomo
