Update interval tracking document downloads

Hello,

wie would like to track document downloads like PDFs, Docs, etc. The tracking itself seams to work but how long does it take to see the download also in Piwik? What’s the standard value for this and is it able to change the update interval?

Many thanks. Currently we can see all downloads within the download widget within our dashboard once we are selecting the “last week”. But I never see any downloads from “yesterday” i.e. but we did downloading some documents.

The tracking intervals is set to the standard value.

How can I change the refresh intervals of the download widget itself? Or would this be a bug?
