Update from 2.4.0. to 2.10.0 fails

Hello folks,

I’m trying to upgrade from 2.4.0 to latest Piwik via Browser and the Piwik-Update-Wizard on a Linux-Server (Suse).

I don’t know, whats going on. It’s incredibly slow up to doing nothing.
The click on the “update now button” (Request http://www.myPiwik.box/index.php?module=CoreUpdater&action=newVersionAvailable) works once in a while. But on the next page “There is a new version of Piwik available for update” a click on “update automatically” (Request http://www.myPiwik.box/index.php?module=CoreUpdater&action=oneClickUpdate) doesn’t come back.

No response, no error message, no php-log, no apache-log.

Any idea, how to track the problem?

Maybe you could try to update manually: Update Piwik - Analytics Platform - Matomo (see the “manual 3 step update”).
