Update from 1.8.2 to 1.9.2 results in these errors! Need Help!

I updated from 1.8.2 to 1.9.2 and everything looked good while upgrading. Then I logged into my backend and see these error messages all over the place. see attachment

After uploading the new files I replaced the config and the global.ini with my old config and global.ini. Not sure if this can be a problem or not.

Can you please help me to get it installed or updated correctly?

Ok figured it out. Just had to use the global.ini that comes with the new version. Once I uploaded this file and replaced the file I copied to the server everything seems to be good now.

So this thread can be closed. Sorry.
