Update from 1.4 to 1.9.2

Hello,

I am new to this forum but PIWIK use for some time.
I now wanted to do an update of our version (1.4) to the current 1.9.2.

I’ve described the new data down-loaded and packed to the server.
Then I was told that I should make a database update.
If I do this I get the following error message:

The error was: SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists: 1050 Table ‘pilog_conversion_item’ already exists

set the sql 1.x to 1.9.2 and try again ? if you still see a similar error, try replacing 1.x with 1.6 ?
