Unique Customers are off!

Okay so last few days unique customers were matching Google Analytics data and we also use Smartlook a UX tool which also shows number of unique visitors and everything is matching but 28th dec data is really off by a mile…

Google Analytics saying we had 75 unique visitors
Smartlook saying 70 which is okay it can be off
Matomo saying 137 unique visitors

and funny thing is when I go check the session recordings it has only 82 sessions which is strange so if the recording sessions are 82 then why its showing 137 unique visitors? it should say 82 right?

Just different parameters to filter those.

Didn’t understand, can you tell me in detail how to see proper unique customers… Its also difficult to see unique customers in date range
