Understanding Piwik Coding Framework Flow

Hi everyone, I am new to piwik. Please guide me in understanding the piwik coding framework flow, so that I can go ahead with understanding the way the mysql query is constructed to fetch and display the data in the front end page.

For Example the data displayed in the following page / link :

          Visitors -> Visitor Log

Please revert back asap so that I can go ahead with integrating the piwik application into our application and do the relevant changes.
