It sounds like you missed the upgrade that adds the columns sitesearch_* to the piwik_site table ? have you upgraded from which version ?
Oh, from old one: 1.8.4.
try execute the query in: Update - Analytics Platform - Matomo
replace 1.x with 1.8.4
