Hi everybody,
I can’t install piwik. When I reach step 3 of the installation, the following error occurs:
Error while trying to connect to the database server:
No entry is registered for key ‘db’
it is not a permission problem, everything is set to 777
can anyone helpt me?
I contacted my hoster but they won’t help me and gave me the advise to contact the software-provider.
I don’t know what to do.

Try checking your mysql database with phpmyadmin. you need to have write access to the database.
