Twice Record and Not Updating

Hello,

I’ve two problems.

First: My records mostly recording twice as you can see in screenshoot.
Second: I can’t update Matomo.
A fatal error occurred

The following error just broke Matomo (v4.10.1):

Call to undefined function Piwik\get_current_user()
in /home/sitename/sitename.com/core/Filechecks.php line 179

How do you track? (JavaScript with _paq, MTM with _mtm, direct HTTP, server API, server log, etc.)
Can you share at least the bootstrap code?

How did you try to update?
